Seed Starting Service

Arizona urban farmers faces tremendous challenges keeping their businesses operational. One major challenge is the lack of farmland, which is often bought by developers who seek to build luxury homes or sell our water for profit. This forces local farmers to rent out multiple, smaller parcels of land across the state. Managing acreage at opposite ends of the state leaves little time to nurture young, delicate seedlings to maturity. Local Farmers are often forced to buy poor quality wholesale plants to transplant into their fields, which can bring pests and disease into their fields. Our organization is able to produce up to 231 quality seedlings for just under 30 dollars to gift to local farmers.
